Have your logic and intuition ever been at war with each other? If you're like most of us, logic won; then soon you're slapping your forehead and saying "*!#!, I knew I should have listened to my gut, followed my intuition, and trusted my instincts." Science now supports what successful Visionbuilders have always known - INTUITION is accurate, trustworthy and wise. Useful as it is, logic can be blind to invisible possibilities and unlimited potential. Logic is linear; it can't see around corners. It has no clue about Grace. But your intuitive mind - your mind of faith - is fluid and open. It sees around corners, through walls, across space and time. Intuition delivers Grace. Trust intuition to light a path to your vision that logic can't. My email signature phrase is "Sometimes your only available transportation is a leap of faith." It came to me in meditation (where intuition lives) and has helped me move forward ever since. In building vision it's easy to get scared and stuck, and logic can keep you there, spinning in pros and cons. I've found that often my only way forward is to listen to intuition's voice, close my eyes, hold my breath, then LEAP. Never had a crash landing; Grace carries me every time. Want to know how to create more worklife success and advancement? Just follow the BABY BIRD PRINCIPLE. The baby bird bursts from its shell into a bigger, brighter world by expanding until the shell's confines can no longer contain it. Your worklife can do the same. Like the bird outgrows its shell, you can outgrow your job and soon burst from its shell into a bigger, brighter world. How do you outgrow your job? The nature of life is creative expansion, always from the inside out, and always by creating something of value. You outgrow your job by "over-occupying" it - finding ways to be of greater service, being better than you need to be, and with more love and deeper commitment to the lives your work touches. If you only just fulfill your job requirements, you keep yourself in homeostasis, and nothing changes. If instead, you go beyond the requirements and expand the quality of your work, either the job must expand, or a bigger and better job must come to you. When you "over-occupy" your job, you will either transform it and/or attract a new and better one. It's the laws of metaphysics operating in your favor. If you have a vision of greater worklife success and advancement, grow into it by outgrowing the confines of your current shell. TGIM - Thank God It's Monday. I'm holding the high watch.

In a perfect world, prayer is always answered and always makes life better. If your prayers aren't creating your perfect world, here is a question that might help. Are your prayers the Cosmic Vending Machine model or the 3-G model? Vending machines are great - insert the right change, press the right button and the ordered item drops down the chute into the dispenser tray. Cosmic Vending Machine prayers ask for what you want, and your order drops right down a cosmic chute into your life, exactly as ordered - except when it doesn't. Vending machine prayers rarely work because the perfect answer may not be exactly what you ordered. It is, however, always the perfect answer, providing exactly what you most need right now. It may not be what your mind ordered, but always what your soul did. That perfect answer is most likely going to be what 3-G prayers are about - Grace, Guidance, and Growth. When you pray for the 3-Gs, instead of changes in the nouns of life (people, places, or things), you are aligned with how prayer truly works - helping you grow into your highest possibilities through guidance and grace. Let's say you want more money. A Cosmic Vending Machine prayer might be for a raise in salary, or for old Aunt Tillie to remember you generously in her will. Maybe you'll get the raise, and maybe old Aunt Tillie will comply, but neither is really under your control. A 3-G prayer might be for Grace in healing whatever within you keeps you in lack, Guidance on how to proceed, and Growth into the required inner changes. 3-G prayers are unpredictable, uncontrollable and require trust that there are bigger and better answers than you might have thought of. If you're willing to trust 3-G prayers, soon you'll be living in your own perfect world. TGIM - Thank God It's Monday. I'm holding the high watch.
